Visualize waveforms #9

Create a visualization tool that can dynamically update as new waveforms come in. This should include:

Depending on the maximum rate the data is available, this may need to be a local GUI, Jupyter Notebook, or web page

If we want to use the existing software from James (python based GUI) then this is already available.

we should note though, this may need to be modified to incorporate any information/visualization etc coming from the model that DS develops
