Timing calibration, TOF PID for protons #16

Again, who volunteer to do the timing calibration? With different trigger settings and changes, the calibration may have to be done among different run periods. It could be hard but interesting task. We need volunteers.

Thanks, Tong! Then let's get started. I will send you an email with more info about how to get started. Of cause, if possible,I will suggest to have one more from either (e,e'p) or Ar since these two experiments care about the timing, but for MARATHON and x>1, the requirement is minimum. If Tong is busy later, people from these two experiments need to carry over the task.
