The jana.dot export is useful, but typically requires some massaging afterwards. Some functionality is in the code already, but commented out. It would be nice to use the percent as penwidth (https://github.com/JeffersonLab/JANA2/blob/master/src/plugins/janadot/JEventProcessorJANADOT.cc#L256), or to color the algorithms by difference between in and outgoing percent.
