GitHub actions to build documentation
Doxygen cleaned up and automatically built
Docsify as the main documentation engine
Lots of configurations such as:
- Full text search
- Mermaid support
- Dark/light theme switching
- Correct code highlighting
New design and cover page
New (younger) gnomes
Cleanup of duplicated documentation files
Slight documentation changes (more of typography than content)
