Pull a JEventSourceEVIOSource::open() function #1

Pull the code from /rawdataparser to read *.evio file. Only open() method is filled. No GetEvent() method.

After opening the *evio file, it would print a file summary.
Redundant codes/variables exist because of copy & paste. Will check later.

Test

The plugin is installed at $JANA_HOME/plugins.

On the gluon200 machine, call by

jana -Pplugins=janaEVIOSource -Pevent_source_type="JEventSourceEVIOSource" /gluonraid3/data4/rawdata/trd/DATA/hd_rawdata_002539_007.evio
