Build with Nc!=3 broken #50

Build fails when compiling lib/meas/gfix/coulgauge.cc: there is a call to reunit() which fails, even though lib/util/gauge/reunit.cc has code for arbitrary Nc.

I believe this is due to commit d147c2a870aa5
