possible option cleaning monitoring_hists? #70

I have found that the 'monitoring_hists' type root files count roughly 60% of the root files. When the only interested outputs are thrown and tree for acceptance correction, it will be nice if there is such an option that would clean those files as well.

Although one should of course also check that the monitoring_hists look good, I think it is not a bad idea to have this feature. As you say, very often they are not used.

Thomas made me aware that there is one possible way to achieve this already implemented. You can specify your own jana_config and not include monitoring_hists (please don't forget to add danarest if you simulate a specific analysis launch). In the longer term a simple option on the website would still be desirable I think.
