Hi Alex,
as far as I am aware this is currently not possible using the webform. But you can do this via your MC.config file if you run MCWrapper yourself. For an example please have a look at https://github.com/JeffersonLab/gluex_MCwrapper/blob/9ed8a41ddd194ab76b1e97bcd71806d37ad5f760/examples/MC.config#L28
@T-Britton If is see this correctly you have the backend in place (with a minor bug) here: https://github.com/JeffersonLab/gluex_MCwrapper/blob/af5ae22c3e30995cda8ab32550de0160b88b0424/gluex_MC.py#L397 So we would only need to add a column in the db and a field on the submit form to get this to work?
I am trying to simulate events with a realistic polarization measured by TPol. The beam properties class provides the possibility to set the ROOTTPolFile, but I don't know how to do it through MCWrapper.
I use the key words TEMPBEAMCONFIG and TEMPPOLANGLE in my gen_amp configuration file, but the beam configuration file is generated locally at run time and does not have the polarization in it. The events are therefore generated with a fixed polarization = 0.4.
