Access to ccdb v2 #171

With ccdb v2, the interaction with CCDB currently does not work via the command line options "-r" and "-v". We will wait to see if the old behavior of ccdb can be restored before replacing all instances of ccdb dump in the library with the more general notation ccdb dump VALUE:RUNNUMBER:VARIATION.

Fixed in ccdb v2.00.04, from version_5.18.3.xml onward.
