2) Update the DATFILES/README.txt
3) Add some comments to shmsflags.param to
explain the offsets better.
4) Updated pcana.param to call new optics file.
Note for Dec 2017- May2018 running the
ppcentral_offset = -1.7 should be set
in shmsflags.param .
FOr running starting in Aug 2018, the SHMS
field setting program is being modified to take
this scaling factor into account.
