Removed experiment specific submodules

• Submodule use here is wrong and bad.
• I highly encourage you to not use a submodule for UTIL_OL (OL meaning online-line?)
• Note: UTIL_SIDIS is in the hallc_replay_sidis_fall18 repo

HOW TO USE UTIL_KAONLT

And other experiment specific files in the future.

git clone <UTIL_KAONLT_REPO>
cd UTIL_SIDS
git submodule add https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hallc_replay
cd hallc_replay && ln -s ../. UTIL_KAONLT

Now the replay directory is in UTIL_KAONLT/hallc_replay

Now we don't have to share our garbage and can get the latest files without pull our hair out.
