copied to slot10/chan15 and slot11/chan15
Made copy of previous scaler.map to
scaler_prior_june20_2019.map
Made copy of current scaler.map to
scaler_june20_2019.map for record keeping.
Ran ./make_scaler_db.py to get new versions
of db_HScalevt.dat and dbPScalevt.dat
