Old calibrations from the Fortran analyzer have been archived. All old drift chamber calibrations have been removed. They have not been used in years and confuse newcomers.
HMS calibrations have been checked for completeness.
SHMS calibrations have been checked if they compile.
SHMS NGC and CAL were updated recently and work well.
TODO: Update set_reftime and set_timing_windows to point to the same database parameters used in each relevant script.
TODO: Add run_many_ped since the main reason to re-run the default pedestal is to look at runs before / after a shift and add back in events where the pedestal could not be calculated. This is a very small contribution of events.
