Add functions to THcShower.h to get Min/Max time windows. Used by THcShowerPlane for cuts in Hodoscope starttime - ADC Time. Fixes bug in THcShowerPlane which was calculating the wrong index for the Min/Max Time Windows on the Hodoscope starttime - ADC Time.
