Update podd, add a missing include <vector>, and add fish.setup for saw #461

Compile with recent gcc versions didn't work because of some missing includes.

Someone please check that using the lastest podd doesn't break anything with their favorite analysis.

I checked the updated version (sawjlab:newpodd) of hcana and it compiles fine on my local computer as well as ifarm. I also ran a test replay script on ifarm and found no errors. I also setup the environment using the setup.fish and hcana compiled fine.
