Update to Podd 1.7 RC1 #465

Works with the 6 GeV test case, hodtest.C. Not tested with 12 GeV data, but should be OK.

Includes a commit that fixes hodtest.C crashing.

I am trying the new podd. Right now the replay script does not replay the data when I look at it. Trying to figure out the problem.

Steve, Do you need to make a new pull reuqest with the update that Ole put in to fix the problem that I found.

Maybe hold off with updating to RC1 because I just pushed RC2, and there will be RC3 in a few days since I had to make another change that affects the API.

Cancelling this PR. hodtest.C fix address in a different PR. Will submit a new PR when podd RC3 is ready.
