Firmware update #475

Fixed an error in the RAW untracked coin time calculations (TRIG4 and not HMS was specified).

Stephen, This commit had the old commits and so had conflicts. I download the firmware_update branch and made the change to the code THcCoinTime to fix the last pTRIG4 to pHMS change. Please pull this latest commit.
