This issue occurred in some of the new A' Monte Carlo which can be found in the directory /mss/hallb/hps/production/2019Run/noTilt/slic/ap/4pt55/HPS-PhysicsRun2019-beta1-4pt5/ at JLab. I think it happened in ap_tc_HPS-PhysicsRun2019-beta1-4pt5_53.slcio, but I am not completely confident that is the correct file.
