add other beam energy run cards for iDM MG5 generation #401

To be more accurate, I suggested to set beam as 3.742 and 4.55 GeV since field maps have been updated: https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hps-fieldmaps For target, why is it set as 174.0 = ebeam2? In cards for other generators, it is set as 171.24 = ebeam2.

Good catch for ebeam2! It appears like I mistyped. It should be 171.24 like the others. Luckily, it is a small deviation.

We typically make the run_parameter (the 3pt7 part of the filename) equal exactly that of the beam energy. If you are going to change to use 3.742 GeV as the beam energy, the filenames should be changed accordingly so the software that calls this works as set by precedence.
