This brings the development work by G. Eichler during summer 2023 into the main branch. In particular, this supports helicity patterns longer than 16 events, and improvements in the ways the (simulated) MOLLER ADC channels are handled in the data stream.
Note that the mock-data has a hard-coded shift from supporting the VQWK channels to now supporting the MOLLER-ADC channels. We should make detector channels more general, to be able to support either type of instrumentation, but so far that is not there.
