THaEtClient Implementation that is closest to 1-to-1 compatibility with the Hall A Analyzer PR

Changes

• Adds module, FindET.cmake, from Podd.
  • Modifies FindET.cmake to first search for vars ${ET} and ${CODA} in that order
• Adds in THaETClient class from Podd
  • Ports Bryan Moffit's example into THaEtClient class. See Analyzer PR
  • Abstracts away the codaRead functionality into subfunctions
  • Re-implements dynamic station name (Podd removed that functionality)
• Adjusts QwEventBuffer return error check so that QwEventBuffer exits if ET System is inaccessible.

Comments

This PR is a continuation of the EVIO Update PR. Furthermore, this PR is an attempt at bringing over a THaEtClient implementation that is closest to Podd's implementation, and thus depends on the ThaEtClient Fix PR. That PR should be resolved first so that any modifications can be propagated.
