Confusing error messages during channel publication #271

Environment: (where does this bug occur, have you tried other environments)

Issue

During the publication process, error messages are produced by the detector array and blind detector array, even when the variables are eventually successfully published. This can be confusing, especially when requesting publication of a new variable.

See below for an example. I think this is a left-over diagnostic and should be cleaned up.

Parameter file: ./Parity/prminput/prex_combiner.5337-.map Variables to publish: Error: QwDetectorArray::PublishByRequest: Failed to publish channel name: usl Error: QwDetectorArray::PublishByRequest: Failed to publish channel name: dsl Error: QwDetectorArray::PublishByRequest: Failed to publish channel name: usr Error: QwDetectorArray::PublishByRequest: Failed to publish channel name: dsr Error: QwDetectorArray::PublishByRequest: Failed to publish channel name: atl1 Error: QwDetectorArray::PublishByRequest: Failed to publish channel name: atl2 Error: QwDetectorArray::PublishByRequest: Failed to publish channel name: atr1 Error: QwDetectorArray::PublishByRequest: Failed to publish channel name: atr2
