I think we still have a few dozen uncommitted files that need looking over, and I expect more CREX respin-necessary commits to come as we finish looking at the cuts, BMOD slopes runranging, and pedestals. These can come in waves later though

This pull request is just to bring the current operations branch into the bugfix branch for final checks that the bugfix changes didn't have any non-intended consequences.
