Preparing CREX respin 1

This branch is forked off of operations on April 29th. It should have several PRs before it is ready to go into the ifarm respin:

• Develop updates since beginning CREX prompt running (This PR, should be trivially done already) - Paul
• Ifarm based updates coming from prex-respin1 branch (Hopefully that only affects the prompt and postpan repositories, and will be trivial here as well) - Tao, Cameron, Paul
• Pedestal map files from Caryn, Amali, Robert, Cameron
• BMOD map files - Victoria
• Cut updates for ATs and standardizing cuts (i.e. 1X needs global cut too) - Cameron, Devi
• Regression set standardization (i.e. 1X is the new default from run 5000 onward) - Cameron
• We need to make sure PREX and CREX respins don't clash, and ideally share the same code base and ifarm submission scripts (#281)

This PR is mostly for keeping track of things as we prepare for respins. Sorry if it is annoying.

Update:

• Robert has a branch "mapfile_changes" with pedestal updates for BCMs and detectors.
• Weibin and I are looking at the cuts and trying to simplify/generalize what is there for the respin.
• Standard combo-BPMs/BCMs and correlator/combiners are pending (Paul?)
• Amali is working on BPM pedestals
• BMOD slopes are coming from W&M (Victoria)
