Updating the dataframe aggregator and the aggregator-capable hadd-replacement ("merger") analysis scripts -> This only changes the aggregator and merger folders -> Mostly changes hardcoded paths to first look for some custom environment variables before defaulting to the original hardcoded paths (which still work with the prompt and WAC scripts as before)
I've tried to stay up to date with develop, but I just did a PR too to bring in some recent merges.
Once approved, this will need to be merged into the ifarm installation of JAPAN, and should completely replace the "aggregator-addRegressed" branch and its local install on the adaq computer.
