The Active tab diagram has symbols for locations borrowed from the ATLis workmap, and these PSS symbols don't match the actual locations used by JAWS. For example there are no arc symbols. We need to create custom symbols for JAWS. They should probably be SVG and stored in the Location database table along with each location.
The diagram is missing a few locations such as the MCC and CHL. It also is not clear how to display high level locations like JLAB, CEBAF, and UITF on the diagram.
The diagram doesn't quite fit in the smoothness weblib page size. We bumped it up from 1200px wide to 1260px wide to accommodate, but if we're creating a custom diagram we might as well make it fit into the normal bounds.
