By mistake I had removed the change Wouter put in place with commit 10f752147a5962a944a38a38f332ee45e9b57725
=> this resulted in bad sampling in "non-target" volumes which resulted in bad rates.
This merge request fixes that problem (first noted by @sudipbhattarai ) and updates the runexample macro with the default beam current as well as set only det28 as the default.
