Modify collimator6 b #564

Work in progress. Do not merge yet Suffers from similar issue to collimator 6A (https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/563) based on JLAB CAD:

1) Vertices don't match exactly between JLAB CAD and what we had in simulation develop. Will make an overlay of 2D profile to check how different it is actually. 2) Again the inner radial face in CAD is not conical. COllimator6BFront COllimator6BSide

Once the https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/562 is merged and the above issues resolved, this PR needs to be merged to avoid collimator 6B overlap with new support structure.

Here are the latest CAD files I am working off for reference. Collimator 6A and 6B definitions are in the subcoil 4 file. Subcoil1 Subcoil2 Subcoil3 Subcoil4

I have checked the IRs and ORs requirements for collimator 6B (based on page 4 on dcoDB 969). The implemented collimator 6B satisfies those requirements.

But, I see similar placement problems as mentioned on PR#563. That may be due to old clamps in these models.
