Feature update ds collimators in moller parallel #567

Updates the position of the virtual planes of collimator 5, 6A and 6B in moller parallel to be consistent with PR https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/562, https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/563, https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/564, https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/566

Currently the rate of photon backgrounds (GHz) passing through Ring 5 region of main detector is (1 milion event test sim) is Before

With PR https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/562, https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/563, https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/564, https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/pull/566 updated collimator positions, the rate of photon backgrounds (GHz) passing through Ring 5 region of main detector is (1 milion event test sim) UpdateCollimatorPositions

Determining the rates would be a good CI test (for fewer events). Then post the text output as a comment on the PR.
