Simulation implementation of 2bounce shield needs to reflect latest MIT CAD.

Inner radius is set to 25 mm.
Maximum radius is 36 mm.
Slots are cut to fit in coils with depth from 32 to 36 mm.
Two bounce shield starts at 936.5 mm instead of being flush with collimator 2.
