Target chamber, target exit window and connecting pipe implementation #597

The target chamber, target exit window (https://moller.jlab.org/DocDB/0010/001007/001/TGT-1061-0070-0006.pdf) and connecting pipe from the target exit window to bellow target_chamber_1 1 are implemented. Here are a couple of screenshots from the engineering drawings and JT file. target_chamber_exit_window

Implemented the hole (similar to the JT file) for the beam entrance on the target chamber boundary. Please see the attached images for reference:

@sayak-alt There is a hole in the center on the floor in JT whereas the GDML has a solid block. If it's not too hard it may be good to put it in. @cipriangal can comment whether it's ok to leave it as it is in GDML. image

@rahmans1 I thought since it is not in the beam direction it is not that important. If I am wrong then please let me know, I can implement the holes in the target chamber as it is in the JT file.
