This pull request implements several bug fixes and enhancements to the tracking code: (1) fixes bug in ordering of FDC hits that are input to the fitting routines that caused non-deterministic behavior for some events. (2) adds DIRC to list of extrapolations. (3) fixes scaling and other issues with the hit selection algrorithms. (4) removes unused pool of reference trajectories in DTrackTimeBased_factory.
