Modified CDC_amp plugin & script to use hits in first 100ns only in h… #1113

…istograms for gain calibration

(so that hits at later drift time are ignored. These have lower gain, probably due to oxygen infiltration, due to the small leak in the chamber.)

(also I deleted some code which isn't needed for the gain calibrations)
