This branch now writes out a classifier for FCAL showers that ranges from 0 to 1 where 1 is more photon like and 0 is more hadron like. No requirement on this classifier has been introduced anywhere -- it is just available for use as a member of DFCALShower at this point. This classifier is generated at REST processing time and saved in the REST file. Therefore, these changes introduce a change to the REST format. In addition, the DEventRFTime factory had to be restructured to remove a dependency. This factory should be functionally equivalent to what existed before this change but instead uses calorimeter object classes at a slightly lower level.
