Inaccurate loading time #4

It is said that resuming commands will take 4 seconds. However, resuming commands has always taken more than 4 seconds for me. Thus, I keep on having to retype my input again because I thought it's already 4 seconds.

Quitting TicTacToe Tutorial does not resume commands properly

If the quit command is entered during the tutorial, once 4 seconds has passed, the first command entered does not work. Only the subsequent commands will be processed.

The issue is that normal commands resume normally after 4 seconds only after an input is made after quit. This report is valid.
