Laracast does not accept my new International Debit Card #110

Few week ago, my bank sent me a new International Debit Card in replace of my old Debit Card, which was added in laracast website. Now, it's showing my card is declined and even after update card info with new card. Still it's showing same error.

How can I renew my subscription? Is there any other source to pay subscription fees and reactivate my account again in laracast?

Now I have used my friend's card to renew my subscription.
