Responsive layout issues

The responsive layout has some super minor issue, but sill being issues I thought I would report them.

First the footer background isn't extending the full width of the screen.
Second, longer titles don't all fit in the screen, such as the Incremantal APIs series title doesn't all fit.

I have seen issues specifically on iPhone 5 layout
