amends tailwind config name #23

Hi I just installed your package and ran into the same issue mentioned here: https://github.com/JeffreyWay/laravel-mix-tailwind/issues/19

This fix includes the amended tailwind config file name. Hope it helps ✌

@JeffreyWay Thank you for making this extension into mix for tailwind. This pull/merge is something I was going to do as well but @uF4No beat me to it. When adding tailwind to sass, and (per their website) running npx tailwindcss init the default file name is tailwind.config.js now. However it is easy enough to rename the file. Just wanted to reach out so this didn't get lost in the shuffle of life :) take care.
