Hello. Sorry for my question, but I haven't noticed anywhere. Is RK3399 supported?

Only support rk3399 sapphire excavator board, check this manifest: https://github.com/JeffyCN/yocto-manifests/blob/dunfell/rockchip-rk3399-sapphire-excavator.xml
