winit doesnt seem to support this, ill have to use the windows api and i dont really feel like doing that rn.... so ill just put this off for awhile :D

as a note, make sure window::set_visible doesnt already do this, from a glance i dont think it does but should make sure

set_visible does not do this, also a new issue found #5
