HTML content does not work in MSIE10 #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add html content to a textarea field
2. init whizzywig on that element

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is formatted html. Instead, in MSIE10 you se the markup itself.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
whizzywig64.

Please provide any additional information below.
