Kona Max Power and Max Regen PID update #48

Since the BMS update of last july, the Max Regen and Max Power are no longer available on PID 220101. The values are still available on PID 220105 bytes q,r and s,t respectively, instead of bytes f,g and h,i of PID 220101.

Can confirm it works like intenden on my kona64 with the settings herode10 has shown. Made a pull request #49
