Problem with simplified Chinese translation #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Blockly
2. Choose simplified Chinese
3. Choose "variables" (变量)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The second block is "空白(项)空白"。The two "空白"s are bogus.

What browser are you using?

Firefox.

Please provide any additional information below.

I believe most of the "空白"s (which means "blank" in Chinese) in 
msg/json/zh-hans.json should indeed be left blank... but I haven't yet 
confirmed case by case.

How can I find out the contact of the translators?

I don't speak Chinese, but your bug report makes sense to me.  I've made the 
requested change (r1729).  Thank you!
