On iPad, cannot drag blocks from menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On an iPad, go to the Blockly Graphing Calculator app (or any app that has 
Blocks inside a menu).
2. Open the Math menu to see the Blockly Blocks associated with that menu.
3. Try to drag one of the blocks from the menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to be able to drag a block off of the palette, and have the palette 
close (like on PC). Instead, the palette closes but the block remains in the 
same location. I have to drag it again to put it where I want. This is annoying.

What browser are you using?
