Localized Willump #25

This pull request takes all of nunu/willump library and localizes it, allowing us to permanently edit it without our changes going away each time the package is installed. You need to take a close look at this because I changed a lot, and very quickly. Specifically , there may be some leftover src/ things and some willump stuff not working.
