Upload to pypi and bump to v1.2.0 #42

  1. Bump to v1.2.0
  2. Add workflow to push to pypi

Still need to add the GitHub secrets.

Hey, @JelleAalbers . I added you here because you are the most important author of blueice. :) The secrets still need to be added if we want to use the current workflow.
