Find tags by partial word is not allowed

Point 3, restricting the find tag by only the full word may not be effective for a lengthy tag.

Should allow partial word for finding a tag to improve user experience

Thank you for your suggestion regarding our findtag feature. We acknowledge that the feature can certainly still be improved.

However, the UG currently states that only full words will be matched.
