While not technically a bug, usually the only reason why a user would search up a term with no meetings is probably due to a typo or the user wanting to look for a meeting that they had actually already deleted: in that case would it not be more helpful to display an error message instead of showing a blank meeting list?

As you correctly noted, this is not a bug.

Looking for a meeting that does not exist should find no meetings. There is no error, so we do not think it is appropriate to show an error message.
