Page breaks that are not very user friendly in DG #12

The page breaks separate diagrams from titles, one of the cases as shown below:

this might be especially jarring to users who might be reading a hard copy of the DG

Not sure if it would be that jarring. I think this is rather subjective.

Reason for disagreement: As a user who likes to print out physical guides, I would prefer there to be proper page breaks so that I can understand what diagram I am looking at while flipping pages
