Licenses screen fixes #14

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The text of the licenses should have the appropriate margins—left edge lines up with the title, right edge has the same margin, and the webview (for that's what those seem to be) extends all the way to the bottom of the screen. Also, when I scroll down on the Firefly license, it shrinks the nav bar but refuses to allow me to scroll up to expand the title again.
